RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer returns with refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s).

If you are receiving a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next,  contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we are only offering shipping within the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

We try to process your order within 1-3 business days. Shipping times can range from 3-7 business days. Our order fulfilment facility is not open on the weekends or during Federal Holidays. Order processing and shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by unexpected delays.
